RODDUR has never disappointed their customers. We provide 7 days Easy Returns and FULL MONEY REFUND within 5-7 working days.
▪️ RETURN POLICY:
1.Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our website and navigate to the customer support section.
- Click on the "Return or Exchange Request" option and continue with the process.
- Provide your order details, including the order ID and Email or Phone number and find your order
- Submit the request, and our customer support team will review it within 2 working days.
2.Eligibility:
- The return policy applies only to sarees purchased directly from our website.
- The policy is valid for a duration of 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3.Return Pickup:
- If your return request is approved, we will arrange for our delivery person to pick up the return product from the provided address.
- The return pickup will be scheduled within 2 working days from the approval of your return request.
- For cash on delivery (COD) orders, please ensure you provide your bank account details during the return process. We will process the refund to your bank account accordingly.
4.Quality Check:
- Upon receiving the returned saree, our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the saree passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
5.Non-Eligible Items:
- We do not accept returns for items purchased during a sale or promotional period.
- Customized products, including those altered based on specific customer requirements, are not eligible for return.
6.Self-Shipping:
In cases where we are unable to arrange for a pickup, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. Please retain the shipping receipt for reimbursement of the shipping charges (up to Rs. 150) with your refund amount.

- Click on the "Return or Exchange Request" option and continue with the process.
- Provide your order details, including the order ID and Email or Phone number and find your order.
- Submit the request, and our customer support team will review it within 2 working days.
- The exchange policy applies only to sarees purchased directly from our website.
- The exchange policy is valid for a duration of 7 days from the date of delivery.

- If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for our delivery person to pick up the product for exchange from the provided address.

- Once we have picked up the return product, we will initiate the process of sending you the exchange product.
- The exchange product will be shipped to you within 2-7 working days.
- Please note that products received through an exchange are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

- For prepaid orders, we will initiate a refund on the original payment mode used during the purchase.
- For cash on delivery (COD) orders, we will process the refund by transferring the funds to the bank account details provided by you during the return process.
- Refunds are eligible for products that meet the return criteria outlined in our return policy.
- The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- We will process the refund within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
